From greece to Vancouver Island
Vlash Home Finishing is led by Vlash Ndoj, a skilled tradesman from Albania who discovered his passion for craftsmanship at an early age. At 17, he lived and worked on various Greek islands, learning the trade from experienced local artisans.
In Santorini, Vlash honed his skills as a labourer, mastering the arts of framework, insulation, drywall, mudding and taping, painting, plastering, and other specialty finishes.
By the age of 24, he had advanced to the role of Foreman, managing teams across multiple job sites. At 29, he moved to Canada to be with his wife, bringing with him the refined techniques and strong work ethic developed throughout his European training.
After four years working in Nanaimo, Vlash is now excited to expand his business to service the Victoria community, His dedication to quality workmanship and attention to detail continues to set Vlash Home Finishing apart.
