Vlash Home Finishing is a Greater Victoria-based home finishing company built on decades of hands-on experience, a commitment to quality, and a standard of workmanship that's hard to find. Led by Vlash Ndoj, every project is approached with the same care, precision, and pride that has defined his career from the very beginning.

From Albania & greece to Vancouver
Island

Vlash Ndoj was born in the mountains of Albania, where he grew up in a busy household and developed an early appreciation for hard work and craftsmanship.

At 17, he made the bold decision to move to Greece, living and working across various Greek islands before settling on Santorini, where he began his journey in the trades as a general labourer.

Over the next 12 years, Vlash mastered every facet of the industry: framework, insulation, drywall, mudding and taping, painting, plastering, and specialty finishes unique to the region.

By 24, his skill and leadership had earned him the role of Foreman, managing teams across multiple job sites in one of Europe's most demanding construction environments.

At 29, Vlash moved to Canada to join his wife and build a new life: bringing with him the refined techniques, meticulous standards, and work ethic developed throughout his European training.

After four years working in Nanaimo, he now leads Vlash Home Finishing, serving homeowners across the Greater Victoria area with the same commitment to quality that has defined his career from the start.
